Welcome to The Vitamin Closet...

I am Zam, the page owner of the Vitamin Closet. I am a mother of two princesses...Zara and Ziya. I breastfed Zara during her first 7 months of life. And I have been breastfeeding Ziya for 10 months now. Berbekalkan dengan ilmu, gadget (read: medela FS, steamer etc.) dengan Shaklee Breastfeeding Set, I am more determined than ever to breastfeed Ziya exclusively for at least 2 years of her life, this time around.

Recently, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, which explains the back pain that I suffered all this while. Through x-ray, doctor showed me how crooked by backbone is. I have been leading a (slightly) active lifestyle ever since. Trying to fit in some (if not much) physical activities in my daily routine while also watching my portion size. All are done with me consistently taking my Shaklee vitamins.

Now, am more excited than ever. To share my Shaklee journey with all of you out there. Especially after being complimented by my own dad on how I look the other night. No more yo-yo diets, or unreasonable goals just for the sake of looking skinny. Skinny is not my target, anyway. Being healthy is. Hoping for a gradual but consistent healthy life changes this time...
